*his eye snap open. he's pretty much slumped over Julian's bed as much as his positioning allows, both hands at Julian's temples. and he looks like kind of a wreck -- pale, dark circles under his eyes, disheveled. but he's smiling.*

*pushes himself upright and briefly presses the heel of his hand against his eyes before sitting up fully, looking at Julian*

Feeling anything else other than not-hurt?

Yeah. Can I take the IVs out yet? They creep me out.

We'll have to bring in the doctor for that, I'm afraid. But I'm optimistic about it.
